UI selection rethink and bug fix

Update I fixed a bug where you got stuck on a ladder's bottom when you are climbing down and changed the UI selection visual to be more then a lousy sprite tint! Tell me if I should add an option to disable the keyboard and gamepad navigation or if you think I should change something. Also please post a comment if you find a ladder related bug, they've been very buggy lately.
