Optimisation!!!

In this update I optimised the game so the long load time turned into a short one and just generally removing lag spikes. I also added some great community feedback like you not being able to grapple on pickups and making the start a little easier!

If you already have played the game make sure to check this update, it is now so much more fun and the frame rate does not compromise enjoyability!
